CVL Leadership Pipeline

At Community Ventures in Living, we believe leadership isn't limited to a title. We want to identify, encourage, and invest in team members who have a desire to grow, learn, and make a greater impact.

Our Leadership Pipeline is always open because opportunities to develop leaders shouldn't depend on whether there's a current vacancy.

Whether you're interested in supervising others someday, leading projects, mentoring teammates, or simply expanding your skills, we encourage you to express your interest.

What This Means

Joining the Leadership Pipeline is not an application for a specific job, nor does it guarantee a promotion or future leadership position.

Instead, it lets us know you're interested in growing within CVL so we can consider you for leadership development opportunities as they become available, including:

  • Leadership training and workshops
  • Special projects and committees
  • Mentoring and coaching
  • Cross-training in other areas of the organization
  • Temporary leadership assignments
  • Future supervisory or leadership openings when appropriate

Development opportunities will vary based on organizational needs, individual strengths, performance, and available resources.
