Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) is available under the Community Integration and Habilitation (CIH) waiver. SFC is an arrangement where the individual receiving services lives in the private home of a principal caregiver.

  • Individuals who need intermittent support or guidance throughout the day
  • People wanting a bridge to more independent living or needing more support than living alone
